The Calculated CPA offers tax preparation services on a flat-fee model. This means that after your consultation, you’ll be given a quote so you know exactly how much you will pay. Individual income tax returns start at $275, and business income tax returns start at $450.

Tax planning and consulting services are billed at $150/hour. Many consults can be completed in under 2 hours.

The goal is for pricing to be transparent so that you are never surprised by an invoice.
